Some other news is that all of the latest Tannhauser releases are “on the boat” and expected soon. Iroh and the Shogunate Troopers arrive later this month, Mizu should arrive in September, and Itami and Natayla are expected in an October, November timeframe.

A non-Tannhauser product also arriving in September is the Adventurers: The Pyramid of Horus pre-painted minis. I mention these only because they look pretty cool and will most likely be a similar scale as the Tannhauser minis. So, they may make for some good customs, especially mercenaries, also there are three mummies. Here’s a image below.

DU18

For $35 they seem to be a pretty good deal.

Also for those of you not in the Cult of Cthulhu, you may not of heard, but FFG also make a huge set of pre-painted Arkham Horror minis, you can buy them individually or all at once. A lot of them are good generic pulp style figures that will fit in with Tannhauser’s sort of generic 1940’s style. See here for more info: http://www.fantasyflightgames.com/edge_minisite_sec.asp?eidm=126&esem=2. There are several good plain-cloths agent/ gangster types, priests, scientists, etc., all of them could probably find a home in Tannhauser, but it will cost you $192 for all 48! They’ve been out for a while so their available now.

Update: Item chart updated (9/24/2011).
